The Family Law & Family Violence Program provides legal assistance to women fleeing family violence who require additional support and assistance.

Educating and empowering women is a vital part of the Family Law & Family Violence Program. This approach enables clients to move forward in their lives while feeling protected and supported by the law.

 

The solicitors in this team are joined by community workers and financial counsellors to better support women who are victims of family violence, in order to navigate the legal system.
