Practical Legal Training & GDLP
Women’s Legal Service (SA) provides the opportunity for legal students to gain experience through a Practical Legal Training or GDLP placement.
Each year we offer 4 to 6 students the opportunity to be exposed to the day to day workings of a community legal centre in a fast-paced environment. Tasks may include:

• Drafting legal documents;
• Drafting client correspondence and managing files;
• Conducting legal research of legislation, commentary and legal precedents in support of client matters;
• Lodging court documents on the Commonwealth Court Portal.

How do I apply?
We encourage you to register your interest by emailing a cover letter and your CV to admin@wlssa.org.au with your dates and timeframe.
